The Provider agrees to deliver the services described in the attached proposal or agreed scope of work. Services may include coaching sessions, workshops, training, assessments and associated materials.
This Agreement commences on the date signed by both parties and continues until completion of the services unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
The Client will pay the Provider the fees set out in the proposal or invoice. Payment terms: [e.g., 50% deposit, balance on completion]. Invoices unpaid after 14 days may incur interest.
Provider and Client agree to keep confidential any information disclosed during the engagement, except where required by law. The Provider may use anonymized case studies for marketing if written consent is provided.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 14 days written notice. Cancellation fees for scheduled sessions may apply as set out in the proposal.
Provider's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific services. Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Materials created by Provider remain Provider's intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
By signing below, the parties agree to the terms of this Agreement.
