These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of coaching, training and consultancy services by JDyC LLC ("Provider", "we", "us") to the client ("Client", "you"). By engaging our services you accept these Terms.
We provide coaching, training and consultancy as described on our website. The scope, schedule and fees will be set out in a separate Service Agreement or written confirmation.
Fees are as quoted in a proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 14 days of invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
For one-to-one sessions please provide 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. For workshops and events, cancellation policies will be specified in the proposal.
We treat coaching conversations as confidential. We will not disclose personal information except when required by law or with your consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JDyC LLC's liability for any claim arising out of the provision of services is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.
Materials we provide remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You may use materials for internal purposes but must not distribute or resell them without permission.
We will handle personal data in accordance with applicable law. By engaging our services you consent to processing of personal data necessary to deliver the services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
